Coaching

Who doesn’t need a little help along the way? In my experience as a serial entrepreneur, business and ministry leaders who receive consistent, long term coaching continue to meet their goals and live more fulfilled and holistic lives.

BTW –statistics bear this out.

I have a real passion for coaching those who live life with intention and have a desire to lead others. I see it as a strategic investment of my time and I love doing it!

Missional Coaching

I usually coach people by placing them in a “cohort”, or what we sometimes call a “huddle”. This includes groups of individuals, executive teams and married couples. I do my coaching over the phone, or more often than not, using a video conferencing tool online. Often I feel like we are in the same room, face to face!

I have limited time for coaching, however, so I am very selective. From time to time I will have open slots for one-to-one coaching, but it is considerably more expensive than being coached in a group with others.

Who’s This For?

Anyone who leads a team, a staff, a family or community to grow and accomplish the goals that are set before them. Those men and women, fathers and mothers who live proactively rather than reactively.

Types of Coaching That I Offer

Group Coaching: This is done in groups of 6-8 people, often from the same team or community. Topics are dependent on what the cohort/huddle needs or desires at the time. Most often in a group huddle I am teaching discipleship and mission tools and practices and helping you develop a strategic plan forward, step=by=step for your unique context.

Couples Coaching: In my experience the couples that are doing this together, reading the same materials and learning to multiply the same tools while getting coached are a zillion times more successful. And confident. This really is about a family on mission! My wife Tina joins me for couples coaching huddles.

The coaching will definitely be focused on helping leaders to start, mature and multiply missional communities–disciples making disciples. It will also (obviously) touch on marriage, parenting and household issues as they pertain to the gospel and mission being lived out in every area of life.

Executive Team Coaching: When I work closely with a church in transition, or one that is moving from more traditional to missional forms, I often coach the “executive” or “leadership” team together on strategic next steps and best practices. Helping you get and stay on the same page is critical for sustained forward movement. I have spent years working with leaders and churches to help them achieve their next steps toward effectiveness.

If you are interested in any of the coaching I can provide contact us by email at caesar@caesarkalinowski.com and we’ll get right back to you.
